Mr. Blaylock is a Principal of the firm and Operations Manager. He began his career performing emergency response for hazardous material incidents. Since, he has completed/managed numerous assessments in 30-plus states. His mission at Targus is to ensure the timely delivery of quality work products at good value to the firm’s clients. He has over 24 years of experience providing expert due diligence, assessment, investigation and remediation of petroleum and/or hazardous substances, Brownfield management, environmental audits, hazardous waste management, facility compliance, and testing services to clients across various market sectors. As a hands-on business leader, he oversees hundreds of environmental assessments, investigations, remediation, and compliance projects annually.
