Ms. Marshall has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting. She has conducted, supervised, and reviewed hundreds of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. She has supervised, managed, planned, and executed a broad range of additional services including asbestos, mold/ indoor air quality, radon, and lead-based paint. These projects have been conducted for commercial, local government, and institutional investor clients.
