Ms. Shannon is a State of Texas licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. She has conducted and coordinated Phase I environmental site assessments; Phase II subsurface soil and groundwater investigations and assessments; underground storage tank (UST) removal and closures; remediation system designs and implementation; and closure of contaminated properties through various State environmental agencies. These projects have been completed across the continental United States and performed for commercial, legal, health care and other institutional clients such as insurers and financers.
